Dreamjil Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Bet

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dreamjil ("Dreamjil," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Dreamjil website and all related services available at dreamjil.com.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet on Dreamjil, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Dreamjil platform.

Dreamjil reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Dreamjil, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legally permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any country where using Dreamjil is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a Dreamjil employee.
• You must not have been previously banned or self-excluded from the Dreamjil platform.

Dreamjil is directed at the Philippine market and is operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Users from other jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws before using the platform.

Dreamjil may at any time request proof of age from any user. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable period, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the age verification process.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one Dreamjil account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a nickname, or a third party's identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances being forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false information, including a name that does not match your valid Philippine government-issued ID, is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Dreamjil will never contact you via email, phone, or chat requesting your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Dreamjil support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Dreamjil is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or valid passport. Failure to complete identity verification may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Dreamjil are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Dreamjil does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 for most payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for most methods.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account matching the name on your Dreamjil profile.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.
• Dreamjil processes withdrawal requests seven days a week, including public holidays.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours.

4.3 Account Balance

Dreamjil does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for Dreamjil's operational expenses. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ₱50, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Dreamjil are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type. The following general betting rules apply across all sports:

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when Dreamjil's system registers and accepts it. A bet slip displayed on your screen is not a confirmed bet until a reference number is issued. Dreamjil will not be held liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient account balance.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, Dreamjil will notify you of the new odds. You may accept the revised odds or decline to proceed with the bet.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. If a match is abandoned before completion, Dreamjil follows standard industry settlement rules which vary by sport. Generally, football matches abandoned before 90 minutes are voided; basketball bets may be settled on the result at the time of abandonment depending on how much game time has elapsed.

5.4 Void Bets

Dreamjil reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that:

• The odds were set incorrectly due to a technical or human error (palpable error).
• The bet was placed after the event's result was already known (late bet).
• There is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity surrounding the event.
• The bet contravenes any of these Terms.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the user's Dreamjil balance in full.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Dreamjil applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section. Payouts above the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum limit, regardless of the calculated return.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Dreamjil offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and accumulator boosts. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets that comply with the minimum odds specified for each promotion.
• Dreamjil reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or cancel a promotional offer if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Dreamjil monitors bonus usage to ensure fair play. Strategies designed specifically to exploit promotions – such as low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk – may result in the bonus being cancelled and related winnings being forfeited. Repeat offenders may have their account permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dreamjil platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on Dreamjil, regardless of the name or payment method used.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to access your account.
• Placing bets with knowledge of the result of the event in question.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Dreamjil platform.
• Colluding with other users to exploit market inefficiencies or promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Laundering funds through the Dreamjil platform or attempting to use Dreamjil for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Dreamjil staff or other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Dreamjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match manipulation, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that a user is under the age of 18 at the time of registration.
• Requests by the user themselves to close their account or self-exclude.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the account is cleared, the withdrawal will be processed promptly. If the account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, Dreamjil reserves the right to withhold the balance depending on the nature of the breach.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your Dreamjil account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dreamjil platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software – is the exclusive property of Dreamjil or its content suppliers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Dreamjil platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from Dreamjil without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Dreamjil collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Dreamjil, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dreamjil implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include SSL encryption for all data transmission, restricted staff access to personal data, and regular security audits.

Dreamjil will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

Dreamjil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered users through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased, not increased, within the same period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from your betting decisions.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information published on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain password security.

Dreamjil's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes Dreamjil's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Dreamjil may modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified via email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without advance notice.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continuing to use the Dreamjil platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint procedures available to users under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
