This Privacy Policy applies to Dreamjil ("Dreamjil," "we," "us," or "our"), the sports betting platform operated at dreamjil.com and directed primarily at users in the Philippines. Dreamjil acts as the personal information controller in respect of the data described in this policy.

Dreamjil is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every user on the platform. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can do if you want to change or remove it.   • Visa/Mastercard last four digits and billing name (full card numbers are never stored by Dreamjil)
  • Transaction history including deposit and withdrawal records

2.4 Betting Activity Data

  • Bet history, sports and markets wagered on, stakes, and returns

  • IP address and approximate geolocation

Note: Dreamjil does not store full credit or debit card numbers. All card payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Dreamjil only retains a masked card reference (last four digits and card type) for your transaction records.

  • Contract performance: Processing your account data, bets, and transactions is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you as a registered Dreamjil member.
  • Legal obligation: Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws require us to verify your identity, keep transaction records, and report certain activities to regulatory authorities.
  • Legitimate interest: We process technical and usage data to detect fraud, maintain platform security, and improve the betting experience for all users. We balance this against your privacy rights and will not use legitimate interest where your rights override our interests.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data

While Dreamjil takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online system is 100% impenetrable. You also play a role in security – keep your password unique and confidential, and log out of Dreamjil when using shared devices.

8. Data Retention

Dreamjil keeps your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by Philippine law and our regulatory obligations. The general retention periods are:

  • Account and identity data: Kept for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of 5 years after account closure, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Transaction and betting records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction.
  • KYC documents: Retained for 5 years after account closure. Secure destruction procedures are applied after the retention period ends.
  • Customer support communications: Kept for 3 years from the date of the interaction.
  • Technical and usage data: Retained in aggregated or anonymised form for analytical purposes; individual records kept for up to 12 months.

When personal data is no longer required, Dreamjil securely deletes or anonymises it so that it can no longer be linked back to you as an individual.

9. Your Data Rights

10. Children's Privacy

Dreamjil is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. During the registration process, all users are required to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age.

If Dreamjil becomes aware that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data, that account will be immediately suspended and all associated data will be securely deleted. 11. International Data Transfers

Dreamjil is primarily a Philippines-focused platform. However, some of our service providers – including cloud infrastructure and identity verification partners – may process data on servers located outside the Philippines.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  • Send a notification email to all registered users at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
